Our Products

All our products are cast in high density "Herculite". A compound that is VERY strong and ideally suited to demanding high resolution casting. Moulds are made in latex from the sculptured original "masters" and each casting is hand poured and then dried in a commercial hot air oven. Upon removal from the latex mould each piece is inspected for quality and then the task of hand completion begins. This is a process of many stages and includes filling, rubbing down, detail enhancement and finally the application of the realistic bone finish by our art department. Click here for details.
