Finishing Process

Having been released from the mould the model goes through 4 key stages.

Stage 1 is the removal of excess casting flash and surface preparation.
Stage 2 is filling and fine detailing of the teeth and cranial marks.
Stage 3 is the first basic paint layer.
Stage 4 is the final paint layer, colour wash, weathered detailing and finally acrylic sealer.
